Delivery
Our delivery options
We deliver within 3 to 7 working days in mainland France and within 10 working days in Europe.
This delivery time applies once the order has been validated by our team.
For catalog products,
we use different carriers depending on the country:
- In France, we use the Colissimo or Chronopost carriers (delivery within 24h-48h).
- In Europe, we use Colissimo (delivery within 72 hours).
For made-to-measure products,
we also use different carriers depending on the country:
- In France: Colissimo (delivery within 48 hours)
The delivery times indicated above are to be taken into account once we have received the email confirming shipment of your order.
Returns
Returns are at the customer's expense.
Products can be returned to us within 14 days if they have not been unpacked, opened or used.

For a refund, please allow a fortnight.
